FAQs

ARRIVALS

We monitor all flight arrivals for a confirmed landing time (we only use official information).

If your flight is early or delayed we will meet you at the new confirmed time.

CANCELLATIONS

If your flight is cancelled in advance, we will wait for further instructions from you.  I.E. new flight numbers / revised timings.

MEETING TIMES

We will display a name of your choice on a greeting board and meet you in the arrivals hall 25 to 30 minutes after the flight has been confirmed to land (unless otherwise agreed).

We will send you a text message soon after arrival to let you know we are waiting.

LUGGAGE

Our drivers will handle all of your luggage.  No need to worry about that!

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

We operate 24 hours a day, all year round.  However, telephone calls / enquiries are only taken between 9am and 6pm, 7 days a week.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE FARE?

No, VAT does not apply to this type of transfer

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA ON BANK HOLIDAYS?

Our charges remain the same all year round, except for Christmas Day and New Years Day (prices on request).

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes!  All major credit cards are accepted.  (We also accept Paypal)

CHILDSEATS

By law we cannot supply or fit any childseat, however we are happy for you to supply your own, which we can store for your return.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA AT WEEKENDS?

The only time we charge extra is between midnight and 4am on Weekends, when a small surcharge of £10 applies.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING CHARGES?

Parking charges are passed on at cost.  We aim to keep these under £5 depending on the circumstances of your flight.  We aim to avoid parking charges until we know your flight has landed.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND ANY LOCAL HOTELS, RESTAURANTS ETC?
